مرحباً بكم في ملتقى د. سالم ورَّاد. تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامكم للموقع الإلكتروني https://ctrainer.org وكافة الخدمات والمنتجات الرقمية المقدمة من خلاله.
باستخدامك للموقع أو التسجيل فيه، فإنك توافق تماماً على الالتزام بالشروط التالية:
1. الخدمات المقدمة
يقدم الملتقى خدمات تدريبية تشمل (دورات مسجلة، دورات بث مباشر أونلاين) وخدمات (استشارات مهنية وشخصية). نحن نسعى جاهدين لتقديم أفضل جودة علمية ومهنية، ولكننا لا نضمن نتائج محددة حيث تعتمد النتائج على مدى التزام وتطبيق المستفيد.
2. حساب المستخدم
- يجب أن تكون المعلومات المقدمة عند التسجيل دقيقة ومحدثة.
- أنت مسؤول بشكل كامل عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وكلمة المرور.
- يُمنع منعاً باتاً مشاركة حسابك مع أشخاص آخرين؛ الحساب مخصص لاستخدام فردي واحد فقط.
3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
- كافة المحتويات المرئية، المسموعة، والنصوص والمذكرات التدريبية المتاحة على الموقع هي ملك حصري لـ (ملتقى د. سالم ورَّاد) ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق الطبع والنشر الدولية.
- يُمنع منعاً باتاً تسجيل، نسخ، إعادة نشر، أو توزيع أي جزء من محتوى الدورات أو الاستشارات دون إذن كتابي مسبق. أي مخالفة لذلك تعرض صاحبها للمساءلة القانونية وإغلاق الحساب فوراً دون تعويض.
4. سياسة الدفع والإلغاء
- يتم دفع رسوم الدورات أو الاستشارات مقدماً عبر وسائل الدفع المتاحة في الموقع.
- الدورات المسجلة: بمجرد الحصول على صلاحية الوصول للمحتوى الرقمي، لا يحق للمشترك المطالبة باسترداد الرسوم إلا في حالات تقنية يثبت فيها تعذر الوصول للمحتوى من طرفنا.
- الاستشارات: يمكن إعادة جدولة الموعد قبل 24 ساعة من بدئه. في حال عدم الحضور دون إشعار مسبق، لا يحق للمستفيد المطالبة باسترداد المبلغ.
بند إضافي: سياسة عدم الاسترداد عبر الأطراف الثالثة (Chargebacks)
- الإقرار بالخدمة: يقر المشترك ويوافق على أن الخدمات المقدمة عبر الموقع (الدورات التدريبية والاستشارات) هي سلع رقمية يتم تسليمها أو إتاحة الوصول إليها فوراً أو في مواعيد محددة.
- منع استرداد الأموال عبر بوابة الدفع: بمجرد إتاحة الوصول إلى الدورة التدريبية المسجلة أو تأكيد حجز موعد الاستشارة، فإن المشترك يلتزم بعدم تقديم أي طلب لاسترداد الأموال (Chargeback) أو الاعتراض على العملية عبر الجهات التي قدمت خدمة السداد (مثل البنك المصدر للبطاقة، أو PayPal، أو أي بوابة دفع إلكترونية أخرى).
- بطلان طلب الاسترداد: يُعتبر أي طلب استرداد مالي يتم عبر البنك أو بوابة الدفع بعد تفعيل الخدمة طلباً غير قانوني وباطلاً، ويحق للموقع تقديم كافة الإثباتات (سجلات الدخول، بيانات تفعيل الحساب، سجلات الحجز) للجهات المعنية لإثبات حصول المشترك على الخدمة.
- التبعات القانونية: في حال قيام المشترك بمخالفة هذا البند وطلب استرداد الأموال عبر أطراف ثالثة، يحق للموقع:
- إيقاف حساب المشترك فوراً وحرمانه من كافة الخدمات السابقة والمستقبلية.
- المطالبة بالتعويض عن أي رسوم إضافية أو غرامات يفرضها مزود خدمة الدفع على الموقع نتيجة هذا الطلب الكيدي.
5. السلوك العام والآداب
يجب الالتزام بالآداب العامة عند المشاركة في دورات البث المباشر أو المجموعات التفاعلية. يحق للملتقى حظر أي مستخدم يسيء للأدب أو يستخدم لغة غير لائقة مع المدرب أو المتدربين الآخرين.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية
- المعلومات المقدمة في الاستشارات والدورات هي لأغراض تعليمية وتطويرية.
- لا يتحمل الموقع المسؤولية عن أي قرارات مهنية أو شخصية يتخذها المستخدم بناءً على المحتوى المقدم؛ فالقرار النهائي يعود دائماً للمستفيد.
7. التعديلات على الخدمة والأسعار
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أسعار الدورات أو تغيير محتواها أو إيقاف أي خدمة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، مع التزامنا بتقديم الخدمات التي تم دفع ثمنها بالفعل قبل التعديل.
8. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقوانين المعمول بها في (حدد الدولة المقر وهي جمهورية مصر العربية)، وأي نزاع ينشأ يتم حله عبر الجهات القضائية المختصة في بلد المقر.

We strive to provide the highest quality academic and professional training, but we do not guarantee specific results, as these depend on the user’s commitment and application.
- User Account
The information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited; the account is for individual use only.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All visual, audio, text, and training materials available on the website are the exclusive property of the Dr. Salem Warrad Forum and are protected by international copyright laws.
Recording, copying, republishing, or distributing any part of the course or consultation content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this will subject the perpetrator to legal action and immediate account closure without compensation.
- Payment and Cancellation Policy
Course or consultation fees must be paid in advance via the payment methods available on the website.
Recorded Courses: Once access to the digital content is granted, the participant is not entitled to a refund except in technical cases where it is proven that the content was inaccessible to us.
Consultations: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before their start time. In case of no-show without prior notice, the participant is not entitled to a refund.
Additional Clause: Third-Party Chargeback Policy
Acknowledgment of Service: The participant acknowledges and agrees that the services provided through the website (training courses and consultations) are digital goods that are delivered or made accessible immediately or at specified times.
Prohibition of Refunds via Payment Gateway: Once access to the recorded training course is granted or the consultation appointment is confirmed, the participant agrees not to submit any chargeback request or dispute the transaction through the payment service provider (such as the card issuer bank, PayPal, or any other electronic payment gateway).
Voidance of Refund Requests: Any refund request submitted through the bank or payment gateway after service activation is considered illegal and invalid. The website reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation (login logs, account activation data, booking records) to the concerned parties to prove the participant received the service.
Legal Consequences: Should the participant violate this clause and request a refund through third parties, the website reserves the right to:
Immediately suspend the participant’s account and disqualify them from all past and future services.
Claim compensation for any additional fees or penalties imposed on the website by the payment service provider as a result of this malicious request.
- General Conduct and Etiquette
Participants must adhere to general etiquette when participating in live-streamed courses or interactive groups. The platform reserves the right to ban any user who uses offensive language or disrespect towards the trainer or other trainees.
- Disclaimer
The information provided in consultations and courses is for educational and developmental purposes only.
The platform is not responsible for any professional or personal decisions made by the user based on the provided content; the final decision always rests with the user.
- Service and Pricing Modifications
We reserve the right to modify course prices, change course content, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, while remaining committed to providing services already paid for before any modifications.
- Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of (specify the host country, Egypt), and any dispute arising therefrom will be resolved through the competent judicial authorities in the host country.
